Academic Resources

NACLE is designed to promote the study of cross-border legal issues in North America, and to introduce the members of our NACLE community to the legal systems of our neighboring countries. To that end, we will be placing materials on this location of the NACLE web site that can be used by faculty and students as resources for courses and for research.

The first of these resources is a collection of useful web links for research on North American legal issues. These links include pathways to legal sources on Canadian, Mexican and U.S. law, as well as links to useful sites on international and cross-border legal issues, as well as specific subject matter areas such as NAFTA studies, family law studies, and environmental law studies.

This location on our web site also includes course modules to be used by faculty and students of NACLE members to enrich the content of existing courses by adding materials of a comparative nature that deal with issues relevant to Canada, Mexico and the United States, as well as materials specific to NACLE courses offered simultaneously at our member schools. These course materials are designated by title and date.
