Each year, the faculty at NACLE’s 12 member law schools receive submissions from students who compete for the NACLE Student Paper Competition.  The author of the outstanding paper from each NACLE member, as selected by the faculty, is invited to attend the annual Workshop to make a presentation to NACLE faculty based on the paper, with travel expenses paid by NACLE.  The student paper must deal with a theme of North American comparative law, or NAFTA.
